Deposits
A non-refundable deposit confirms every appointment and is applied to your final total.
Hair prep
Arrive with hair washed, blow-dried and detangled unless you booked the Lansing, IL location.
Late arrivals
There is a 10-minute grace period. If you are arriving after the grace period there will be an additional $10 charged. After 20 minutes appointment will be rescheduled.
Guests
The space is intimate, so please come solo unless you are bringing a minor client.
After Hours & Early Bird Appointments
A $40 additional fee applies to all appointments scheduled before or after regular business hours.
